I've also tried opening the console and typing SERVER IP as well as i've heard that helps sometimes too. Now i'm getting something like 1530 players online (random number, but it's in that range) with 0 servers online, etc. So i'm out of options here and I just want to play the game I paid FULL god damn price for (kind of mad seeing I didn't get around to actually playing it until it went on sale.) and now that I have time to play, I can't! Then after I did that, I shut OFF my firewall and still no luck.I've never had this issue with ANY game and i've played probably over 300+ different games with this router i'm using which is also a 'gaming grade' router, with zero issues. Next allow me to explain that I did the ol' 'remove the config files and then re-verify the game' trick as well, but with ZERO luck. First let me explain that the PB services and RO2 services are 'okayed' in my firewall, my PB is up to date, and i've restarted Steam since the update.

It seems that they recently released a patch however and since then, everything is ♥♥♥♥ed up. I had checked the server browser list when I first bought it and was doing training/bot matches by the way also, so I can confirm that it HAS worked.
